West Coast Fibers was founded in 1996, we have over one decade of experience and service to the Southern California Community. We are a direct recycler who manufacture high quality, Cal -Trans Certified paper mulch with your recycled newspapers and oil absorbent with recycled cellulose. We periodically maintain a clean, state-of-the-art facility in Huntington Beach, Califronia as an effort to ensure high quality products. We are now a member of International Association of Hydroseeding professionals.
